Your Role:

As a plumbing technician, you will be responsible for ensuring that our plumbing systems operate efficiently and reliably. You will work with the installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing equipment across our industrial area and in properties belonging to us in Garpenberg.

Your Team:

You will be part of an experienced team that contributes with expertise, versatility, and a pleasant working environment. In this role, you will closely collaborate with colleagues, contractors, and other departments above ground to ensure that assignments and work are carried out successfully. The plumbing technician belongs to the maintenance department above ground and reports to the supervisor for technical services.

We are looking for someone who is solution-oriented, has previous experience with plumbing and boilers, and understands technical components. You can work independently and have a positive attitude with a drive to develop and improve working methods within plumbing. To thrive and succeed in this role, we see that you have a standardized and long-term maintenance mindset with safety as a priority. As you will have a large network of collaboration, we expect you to be communicative and have a coaching approach.

The working hours are Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 15:45 above ground. Overtime may occur in case of incidents.

Your Responsibilities:

• Inspection of boilers, heat exchangers, and other plumbing systems
• Install and repair plumbing systems according to applicable standards and regulations
• Plumbing work on production equipment
• Perform regular maintenance to prevent problems and ensure optimal function
• Development of preventive maintenance in Maximo through FU work, work instructions, and spare parts, etc.

Your Contribution:

• High school education in a relevant field
• Experience with maintenance systems
• Technical competence
• Good computer and system skills
• Good communication skills in both Swedish and English, spoken and written
• Driving license B

Preferred Qualifications:

• Post-secondary education as a plumbing installer
• Experience working as a plumbing technician
• Experience working in Maximo.
